Indy Locations offer Boot Camp!

Clueless on where to start when it comes to strength training? Come to one of our Call to Action meetings and sign up for our new Cardinal Boot Camp. You will get the help and support you need to keep up with your strength training.

This boot camp is unique because participants form a supportive and motivational team through their commitment to the program. You won't want to skip any of these workouts because your team is counting on you!

So, if you are ready to take action to improve your health, want to achieve your very best, and want to lose approximately 8-12 lbs a month come to one of the locations listed below to attend our Call to Action.
